A Formula 1 Magyar Nagydíj 2018. július 26. és július 29. között kerül megrendezésre a Hungaroringen, melynek rendőri biztosítását a Pest Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság hajtja végre.
A biztosításban az elmúlt évekhez hasonló létszámú rendőri erő vesz részt.
A magyar rendőrök munkáját szlovák, román, osztrák és lengyel rendőrök is segítik. Az ő feladatuk elsősorban a külföldi vendégek problémáinak kezelésében való segítségnyújtás, tájékozódásuk könnyítése, okmányaik és járműveik ellenőrzése. A tapasztalat alapján a külföldről érkező szurkolók örömmel fogadják saját nemzetük rendőreit és bizalommal fordulnak hozzájuk.
A sportrendezvényre egyaránt nagy számban érkeznek hazai és külföldi látogatók, amely a település és a környék forgalmát erősen terheli. Éppen ezért kérjük a mogyoródi lakosokat, hogy gépkocsival csak akkor induljanak el lakásukból, ha az feltétlenül szükséges, illetve a szokásosnál nagyobb türelemmel és toleranciával közlekedjenek.
A versenypálya körüli és az odavezető utakon a versenyt érintő minden napon – csütörtök reggeltől hétfő reggelig- megállási tilalom lesz érvényben.
A szabálytalanul parkoló járműveket a rendőrség elszállíttatja, azokat csak a szabálysértési bírság, illetve a szállítási költség kifizetése után kaphatják vissza a tulajdonosok.
A rendezvény ideje alatt a következő, főbb forgalmirend-változásokra számíthatnak:
- Szilasligeten, a József Attila úton egészen a 3-as számú főútig kétirányú forgalom lesz érvényben, de a délutáni órákban előfordulhat, hogy csak a versenypálya felől kifelé közlekedhetnek járműveikkel.
- Mogyoródon, a Gödöllői úton és a Dózsa György úton – amíg a forgalom engedi – szintén kétirányú lesz a forgalom, viszont a Mázsa tértől a Dózsa György út irányába a délelőtti órákban csak a versenypálya felé, délután csak onnan kifelé haladhat a forgalom. (A versenypályára való gyors kijutást buszjáratok segítik!) A fenti utakra becsatlakozó utcákban forgalomszervezés nincs!
- A Kerek-tó és a Hungaroring főbejárata közötti úton délelőtt egy irányba – csak a főbejárat felé -, délután szintén egy irányba, a Kerek tó felé lehet majd közlekedni.
- Az M3-as autópálya 19.200-as méterszelvényében lévő kihajtótól a Kerek tóhoz csak egy irányba, befelé lehet közlekedni. Vasárnap – a futamot követően – az autópálya felhajtó felé Budapest irányába és az ideiglenes kihajtón keresztül – M3 autópálya Gödöllő csomóponton keresztül – M31-es autópálya (díjmentesen használható) – közlekedhetnek Budapest felé.
- Az Autós Mozi camping és a Szilasligeti buszforduló között a forgalom mindvégig kétirányú lesz, viszont a Hungaroring főbejárata és a Szilasligeti buszforduló között, a főbejárat felől (7-es és 6-os kapu felé) egy irányba haladhatnak gépjárműveikkel délután 15 óráig, ezt követően megfordul a forgalmi rend.
- A versenyt követően a Super Gold belső parkolóból a 7-es kapu és a Hungaroring főbejárata között egy irányban (főbejárat felé) közlekedhetnek, valamint a 7-es kapun keresztül Kerepes-Szilasligeten át a 3-as főút irányába.
- A Mogyoród HÉV átjárótól a versenypálya felé a 2-es kapuig a délelőtti órákban, délután kifelé szintén egy irányú lesz a forgalom.
- A versenyt követően a 8-as és 7-es kapu közötti Gratis 1 parkolóból Csömörön keresztül haladhatnak a főváros irányába.
Vasárnap, a versenyt követően lezárásra kerül a Kerek tótól a Mogyoród, Templom tér irányába vezető útszakasz.
Ebben az időszakban kizárólag a gyalogos forgalom haladhat a Templom tér, illetve a Dózsa György út irányába, ahonnan a menetrend szerinti buszjáratok indulnak vissza a fővárosba, valamint a mogyoródi HÉV állomáshoz.
A Kerek tótól a versenyt követően két irányba lehet közlekedni. Egyrészt az M3-as autópálya felé haladhatnak, valamint a víztorony irányba, Szilasliget felé. A víztoronynál Mogyoródra a bejutási lehetőség biztosított, a Pince sor-Somlói út útvonalon keresztül. Így a Mogyoród, Fóti útra juthatnak el az autósok.
Az idei évben a boxutca látogatása 2018. július 26-án 14 órától 18 óráig tart!
A boxlátogatásra a pályára történő beléptetés a 8-as kapun történik. A részletekről tájékozódhatnak a Hungaroring Sport Zrt. honlapján.
A forgalom folyamatosságát minden érintett útszakaszon rendőri irányítással, tájékoztató táblákkal segíti a Pest Megyei Rendőr-főkapitányság.
Kérjük a rendezvényre kilátogató közönséget számoljanak azzal, hogy a beléptetés hosszabb időt vesz igénybe, ezért korábban induljanak el.
Javasoljuk, hogy gépkocsijukkal a kijelölt, őrzött parkolókban álljanak meg, a bűncselekmények megelőzése céljából azokat minden esetben zárják be, az utastérben értékes tárgyakat, iratokat ne hagyjanak.
2018. július 26. és július 29. között a versenypálya közelében ideiglenes rendőrőrs működik, melynek elérhetőségeit a www.police.hu oldalon a későbbiekben tesszük közzé.
Important traffic changes in the vicinity of the Hungarian Grand Prix.
The Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix is taking place at the Hungaroring circuit in Mogyoród between 26th and 29th July 2018. The Pest County Police will be responsible for the maintenance of public order at the event, the number of officers taking part being similar to that in previous years.
The Hungarian Police will be assisted by officers of the Slovakian, Austrian, Roumanian, and Polish Police. First and foremost, their task is to help resolve any problems foreign fans may have, to make orientation easier for them, and to check their documents and vehicles. Over the years we have seen that the fans are glad to see the police officers of their own nation and turn to them with trust.
A great number of domestic and foreign visitors are coming to this sports event, the traffic in and around Mogyoród is going to increase significantly. For this reason, we ask the residents of Mogyoród to avoid using their vehicles if possible, and to have even more patience and tolerance than usual if they must travel on those days.
Stopping will be banned on the roads around the circuit and on those leading there on all days of the race, i.e. from Thursday morning (26th July 2018) to Monday morning (30th July 2018).
Unlawfully parked vehicles will be moved by the police, they can only be returned to their owners once the penalty and transport fee have been paid.
During the event, the following major changes in traffic order can be expected:
o On József Attila Street in Szilasliget, two-way traffic will be in effect up to motorway M3, though it may periodically occur that drivers can use the street only in the direction from the circuit towards motorway M3.
o On Gödöllői Street and Dózsa György Street in Mogyoród, two-way traffic will be in effect as well (depending on the intensity of the transport), however, in the direction from Mázsa Square to Dózsa György Street, vehicles can only travel towards the race track in the morning and only leave that area in the afternoon. (Public transport buses will be running regularly to ensure short travel times to the racetrack.) There will be no direction of traffic on side streets linked to the above streets.
o On the road between Kerek tó and Hungaroring main entrance, vehicles can only travel in one direction in the morning (towards the main entrance) and again in one direction in the afternoon (towards Kerek tó).
o A temporary exit will be opened 200 metres after kilometre stone 19 on motorway M3, and vehicles can travel from there only towards Kerek tó. On Sunday afternoon after the race, motorists can reach Budapest via the junction of the M3 motorway westbound carriageway and via the above temporary exit towards the Gödöllő junction (eastbound) continuing to the M31motorway (use of the motorway will be toll free).
o There will be two-way traffic between the camping site at the car cinema and the bus turning point of Szilasliget at all times, however, between Hungaroring main entrance and the bus turning point of Szilasliget, vehicles can only travel in one direction from the main entrance (towards gates 7 and 6) until 3 p.m. Then, the direction of traffic will be reversed.
o After the race, it will be possible to drive from the Super Gold inner parking lot, from gate No. 7 only towards Hungaroring main entrance and through gate No. 7/A via Kerepes-Szilasliget, towards motorway M3.
o There will be one-way traffic from Mogyoród HÉV (local railway) level crossing towards the race track as far as gate No. 2 in the morning hours, and traffic will be one-way in the opposite direction in the afternoon.
o After the race, vehicles can travel from Gratis 1 parking lot (which is between gates 7 and 8) via Csömör towards Budapest.
On Sunday afternoon, after the race, the road section between Kerek tó and Templom tér will be closed to vehicular traffic. During this period, the road may only be used by pedestrians in the direction of Templom tér and Dózsa György Street from where buses will carry passengers back to the capital as well as to the HÉV station of Mogyoród.
After the race, vehicles can travel in both directions from Kerek tó,. They can either go towards motorway M3, or towards the water tower, in the direction of Szilasliget. At the water tower, those wishing to enter Mogyoród, should use the route Pince sor – Somlói út, that way motorists can approach Fóti út in Mogyoród.
This year, the box lane will be open to the public on the 26th of July between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Those arriving for this event can get to the race track through gate No. 8 until 5:30 p.m. For further details, visit the web site Hungaroring Sport Zrt.
The continuous flow of traffic will be assisted by the Pest County Police Headquarters with officers directing traffic and also with the use of direction signs.
We advise fans coming to Mogyoród to allow for delays in gaining entry when estimating travel times.
We suggest that vehicles should be parked in the designated, guarded parking lots.
In order to prevent criminal offences being committed, vehicles should be left locked at all times, with no valuables, electronic devices, or documents left visible in the passenger compartment.
There will be a temporary police station near the race track between 26th and 29th July, the contact information of which will be published on the web site www.police.hu.
