Dubbed From Fauvism to Surrealism: Jewish Avant-Garde Artists From Hungary, the exhibition presents works from the first half of the 20th century, a period seeing war, nationalism and growing anti-Semitism.

Painters featured at the exhibition include Robert Bereny and Bela Czobel, members of the group called The Eight, as well as Bela Kadar, Laszlo Moholy-Nagy, Armand Schonberger, Lili Orszag and Lajos Vajda.

Most of the 80 titles have never been on display in the Netherlands before.
